attractive period features. A modern kitchen/diner with wood burning stove,

with electric woodburner, TV & DVD player and two spacious beamed
bedrooms (double and double and single). A cot is also available. Downstairs
bathroom with bath and electric shower. Central heating runs off the
owners system whose home adjoins the cottage. Storage in outbuildings for
bikes, fishing tackle and muddy boots plus plenty of secure parking plus free use of bicycles.
Berthllwyd is a non smoking house and unfortunately we cannot accommodate pets.
